Using the marketplace
Japan Direct Trucks provides vehicle discovery and sourcing services. You may browse public inventory without registering. Account features require accurate registration information and responsible use of your credentials. Do not misuse other customers' information, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Listings and reference information
Supplier listings may change or become unavailable. Listing prices, currency estimates, specifications and reference videos are not a binding purchase quotation or a guarantee of current availability. Unknown specifications remain unverified. A video about a model does not depict the exact vehicle unless explicitly identified as such. AI explanations are informational and do not replace supplier checks, inspections or import approval.
Sourcing and purchasing
The online card payment is US$500 toward the vehicle price. It starts the order and does not by itself reserve or purchase a vehicle. Shipping is not part of that payment. We quote freight after the vehicle, port, and sailing are confirmed, and you wire the rest of the vehicle price when the vehicle is confirmed. Read the export terms before paying. Destination duties and taxes are not included. We ship only where Japanese and US law allow the vehicle and the use. We do not sell to Iran or Russia, directly or indirectly.
Questions, cancellations and rights
Contact us promptly about errors, cancellations or disputes, identifying your account or transaction. Refund requests are assessed under the agreed sourcing terms and applicable requirements. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes affecting a new sourcing engagement will be presented before acceptance.
