Export and Sourcing Terms

US$500 card payment

The only amount charged online is US$500, and it is a payment toward the vehicle price. It starts your order. It does not by itself reserve, secure, or purchase a vehicle, and it does not include ocean freight. We quote shipping after the vehicle, the port, and the sailing are confirmed. The rest of the vehicle price is paid by bank wire when the vehicle is confirmed. Wire instructions are sent after the card payment. We do not print bank details on the site.

Sourcing and customer decisions

The deposit engages us to search for and source suitable vehicles. We check actual supplier availability and present candidates for you to review. You may ask questions, reject a candidate or ask us to continue searching. We do not guarantee that a particular supplier listing will remain available.

Quotation and purchase

Review an itemized quotation before approving a vehicle purchase. Payment of the sourcing deposit is separate from the vehicle purchase. Purchase proceeds only after your approval and supplier confirmation. Inspection scope, condition information, fees and any purchase-specific terms must be confirmed for the selected vehicle. Shaken status is not a substitute for an independent mechanical pre-purchase inspection.

Shipping and import eligibility

We ship only to legal places and for legal uses. Xupra K.K. cannot violate Japanese law or US law. We do not sell to Iran or Russia, directly or indirectly, including a request to land a vehicle elsewhere and forward it there. Ocean freight is quoted after the route is confirmed. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers report the vessel and the booking. They do not provide a daily GPS position of the vehicle. Destination duties, taxes, and clearance are extra.

Cancellation

If you cancel, we refund the card payment except costs and fees already incurred. Those can include card processing fees, inspection, inland transport, documents, supplier charges, or other work already done for that order. The refund is recorded separately from the original payment. Payment-provider timing affects when a refund reaches your account.
