Established in Japan
Japan Direct Trucks is operated by Xupra K.K., a Japanese company based in Tokyo. We conduct the transaction from Japan rather than attempting to coordinate Japanese vehicle purchases from overseas.
Xupra K.K. · Tokyo · Exporting since 2018
Japan Direct Trucks provides direct access to Japanese vehicle inventory and manages the complete Japan-side purchase and export process. Search our inventory, select the vehicle you want, and place a US$500 order deposit. We confirm the vehicle with the selling dealer, secure the transaction, arrange payment, prepare the export documentation, move the vehicle to port, and book international shipping.
Buying a vehicle in Japan from overseas involves considerably more than finding a listing.
The vehicle must still be available. The Japanese seller must accept the transaction. Payment must be completed domestically. Ownership and deregistration documents must be processed correctly. The vehicle must be transported to an export port, matched to an available sailing, cleared for export, and released with the documentation required at destination.
Japan Direct Trucks manages this process as a Japanese company.
You select the vehicle. We execute the transaction.
Search Japan Direct Trucks inventory and choose the truck, SUV, van, pickup, or other vehicle you want to purchase.
Our inventory provides access to a large selection of vehicles currently offered within the Japanese market. Search by manufacturer, model, year, mileage, price, fuel type, drivetrain, location, and other available specifications.
If the vehicle you want is not currently displayed, contact us with your requirements and we can locate suitable inventory through our Japanese supplier network.
When you are ready to proceed, place a US$500 deposit by credit or debit card.
The deposit is applied toward the vehicle transaction and opens the order with Japan Direct Trucks.
It authorizes us to begin the Japan-side confirmation process for the selected vehicle, including direct contact with the selling dealer or supplier.
A public vehicle listing is not a reservation. Japanese inventory can sell quickly, and a vehicle is not considered secured until availability has been confirmed and the transaction has been accepted.
Order Deposit: US$500
After receiving your order, Japan Direct Trucks contacts the Japanese seller and confirms the vehicle directly.
We verify the information required to proceed with the transaction, including current availability and the relevant vehicle and seller details.
Once availability is confirmed, we move forward to secure the vehicle under the agreed transaction.
If a selected vehicle has already been sold or is otherwise unavailable, we will advise you before the purchase proceeds and can identify comparable inventory where appropriate.
This confirmation step is important. A vehicle appearing online does not necessarily mean that it remains available for purchase.
Once the vehicle is confirmed, we provide the applicable transaction details before final payment.
Depending on the vehicle and destination, these may include:
Quoted on this transaction
The US$500 deposit is credited toward the transaction as provided in the applicable order terms.
The remaining vehicle balance is normally paid by bank transfer after the vehicle has been confirmed.
Ocean freight is quoted against the actual vehicle, destination port, available shipping service, and sailing schedule rather than using an artificial flat shipping price.
The vehicles offered through Japan Direct Trucks are Japanese road vehicles rather than unidentified auction inventory.
Where additional verification is required, we can arrange an on-site pre-purchase inspection before completing the transaction.
Inspection services may include mechanical condition, visible leaks, underbody condition, warning lights, tires, interior and exterior condition, available maintenance information, photographs, and other checks appropriate to the vehicle.
Japanese shaken status establishes that a vehicle has met the applicable Japanese roadworthiness inspection requirements. It should not be represented as a mechanical warranty, and an independent inspection remains available for customers requiring additional condition verification.
Pre-Purchase Inspection: Available on Request
Once the transaction has been approved and payment requirements have been completed, Japan Direct Trucks handles the purchase with the Japanese seller.
The overseas customer does not need to establish a relationship with the Japanese dealership, arrange domestic Japanese payment, negotiate Japanese documentation procedures, or independently coordinate multiple local service providers.
Xupra K.K. manages the Japanese side of the transaction.
After purchase, the vehicle enters the export process.
Japan Direct Trucks coordinates the applicable Japan-side requirements, which may include vehicle collection, domestic transport, deregistration for export, document preparation, port delivery, customs processing, and coordination with the ocean carrier.
The exact procedure depends on the vehicle, its location in Japan, the departure port, destination country, and shipping method.
Correct documentation is fundamental to an international vehicle transaction.
Japan Direct Trucks prepares and coordinates the Japan-side export documents applicable to the shipment.
These may include the Japanese export certificate, commercial documentation, bill of lading information, and other documents required for the applicable shipment.
Copies and shipment information are provided as the transaction progresses.
We arrange international vehicle shipping to legally permitted and serviceable destinations.
Depending on the destination, vehicle and available route, shipment may be made by RoRo vessel or container.
RoRo is commonly used for operational vehicles and is often the most efficient method of international vehicle transport.
Container service may be used where required by the route, vehicle type, customer requirement, or shipping conditions.
Freight is quoted against the actual available service. Vessel schedules, port availability, transshipment requirements and freight rates change, which is why the final shipping charge is confirmed for each transaction.
Once the vehicle has been booked, we provide the relevant shipment information and update the order as major milestones are completed.
International vehicle shipping is tracked by booking, vessel and carrier information. Ocean carriers do not normally provide continuous GPS tracking of the individual vehicle.
Transit times depend on the destination, carrier, route, vessel schedule and any transshipment.
At the destination port, the vehicle enters the local customs and import-clearance process.
Destination-country customs duties, taxes, registration, compliance requirements, inspections, port charges and local clearance costs are separate unless specifically included in the quotation.
Import requirements vary substantially by country.
Japan Direct Trucks confirms Japan-side export feasibility and shipping availability, but the vehicle must also satisfy the laws and registration requirements of the destination country.
Review the applicable country information before purchasing.
Japan Direct Trucks is operated by Xupra K.K., a Japanese company based in Tokyo. We conduct the transaction from Japan rather than attempting to coordinate Japanese vehicle purchases from overseas.
Customers can search a large inventory of trucks, SUVs, pickups, vans and other vehicles available in the Japanese market. There is no need to rely solely on a small exporter-owned stock list. Select the vehicle that meets your requirements and submit the order directly through Japan Direct Trucks.
A Japanese vehicle export normally involves several separate parties: the vehicle seller, payment recipient, transporter, documentation provider, port operator, exporter and shipping company. Japan Direct Trucks coordinates these functions for the customer. You do not need to build that infrastructure yourself for a single vehicle purchase.
Japanese listings can change quickly. We contact the seller, confirm availability and establish the transaction before the balance of the vehicle price is paid.
International vehicle purchases depend on correct documentation and proper execution. We handle the Japan-side purchasing, transport, export documentation and shipping coordination required to move the vehicle from its Japanese seller to the export vessel.
The transaction is managed in English while we deal directly with Japanese sellers and service providers in Japan. This provides overseas customers with a single commercial point of contact throughout the transaction.
Xupra K.K. has operated in Japan since 2018, and Japan Direct Trucks has shipped more than 1,000 vehicles.
Japan Direct Trucks focuses on Japanese road vehicles, including trucks, pickups, SUVs and vans that have been operated within Japan.
Vehicle age, mileage, condition and maintenance history vary from vehicle to vehicle.
Used vehicles are sold according to the condition and information applicable to the individual transaction. Shaken status is not a warranty, and no used vehicle should be assumed to be mechanically perfect solely because it has passed a Japanese roadworthiness inspection.
For customers requiring additional verification, an independent or on-site pre-purchase inspection can be arranged before the transaction is completed.
The initial online payment is US$500 toward the vehicle transaction.
After the vehicle has been confirmed, Japan Direct Trucks provides the instructions required to complete the transaction.
The remaining vehicle price is normally paid by bank wire.
Shipping is quoted separately after the vehicle, destination port and applicable sailing have been established.
Cancellation and refund treatment is governed by the Japan Direct Trucks Export and Sourcing Terms and by any costs already incurred on the order.
Japan Direct Trucks exports vehicles to supported markets worldwide, subject to vehicle eligibility, available shipping service and applicable Japanese and international law.
Each country has its own rules concerning vehicle age, steering position, emissions, safety standards, import permits, taxation and registration.
Our country pages provide market-specific information for major destinations.
A vehicle should not be purchased for export until its eligibility for the intended destination has been established.
Search the Japan Direct Trucks inventory and select the vehicle you want.
Place the US$500 order deposit to open the transaction. We will confirm the vehicle with the Japanese seller, secure the purchase process, provide the remaining transaction details, and handle the Japan-side export and shipping arrangements.
