The used-goods permit for a Japanese truck
Türkiye is outside the EU. A used Elf, Hilux, or Land Cruiser is used goods. The Trade Ministry’s used-goods communiqué is the gate. We do not book the ship until that permit exists. We do not ship to Iran or Russia.

Ocean track from Daikoku Pier, Yokohama. The booked ship sets the berth.
The permit that lets used goods enter
The İthalat used-goods communiqués, including 2025/9 and its successor, put used or refurbished goods into free circulation only with a permit. Applications run through the Ministry’s e-services. Send that permit before a vehicle balance is paid. The US$500 card payment starts an order toward the vehicle. It does not reserve the truck and it does not pay ocean freight.
A private temporary import is a different case
No. Accompanied temporary import is for a person resident abroad, for private use. The Trade Ministry’s own FAQ says title cannot transfer to a person resident in Türkiye on that path. A sale from this shop is the permit path, not the 730-day private-use path.
Derince or Mersin, after the permit
Discharge is Derince or Mersin, and only after the permit exists. Turkish Customs assesses duty, special consumption tax, and VAT on the declaration. We do not print an ÖTV figure, and we do not print the passenger-car extra financial obligation as a truck invoice. Registration after inspection is with Emniyet. Japanese shaken is not a Turkish registration.
