A search for a dry bulk terminal or a bulk port on the Atlantic Ocean is about throughput, expansion, closure, or congestion. That is a cargo problem: which berth can take the stem, and which one is shut or backed up. Japan Direct Trucks books trucks, pickups, SUVs, and vans on RoRo and in containers. The bulk desk is opening. There is no published bulk rate. The US$500 card payment is toward a vehicle only. It does not book dry bulk.
